Triadic Arpeggios with String Skipping

Aim of the exercise: Learn new finger positions of arpeggios and play them with string skipping.
Exercise type: String Skipping
Starting tempo: 60 beats per minute
Duration: 5 minutes

Transforming the arps into string skipping patterns

Instead of sweeping through arpeggios we'll do some stringskipping on them. It'll sound interesting and allow you to play arpeggios in a different way.

The main difference here is that the fingering positions are arranged so that there are is an empty string in the fingering which you do not play. While playing you have to skip it. Hence the name of the technique - stringskipping. Pretty rad, huh?

The E diminished arp

Check out the fingering position of the E diminished arpeggio! There's two - one with the root on the A string and one with the root on the D string. They're exactly the same so it's easy to learn them both.
